FAQs

TICKETS AND BOX OFFICE

10 Mile Music Hall does not operate an onsite box office. All advance ticket purchases must be made online through our official channels; 10milemusic.com or axs.com. Ticketing links are available on the 10 Mile Music Hall website under the “TICKETS” tab. In the event that tickets are still available when doors open, they will be sold on-site while supplies last.

Please note that purchasing tickets at the door will not exempt you from ticket fees. It is strongly recommended to secure your tickets online in advance to ensure entry. As the majority of our shows are organized by external promoters, there are no alternative purchasing options to avoid ticket fees.

The prevalence of counterfeit tickets and fraudulent ticket-selling websites on the internet is on the rise. It is crucial to exercise utmost vigilance when considering the purchase of tickets from third-party websites.

Please be aware that all events are 18+ unless explicitly stated otherwise. Door times are clearly indicated on your ticket and confirmation. All sales are final, and we regret to inform you that no refunds or exchanges can be accommodated.

For any additional inquiries or concerns, please feel free to reach out to BoxOffice@10milemusic.com. We are here to assist you.

LOST AND FOUND

Lost items at 10 Mile Music Hall will be retained for a period of three months. For the most efficient and prompt assistance regarding Lost and Found items, we recommend reaching out via email to management@10milemusic.com. Due to the venue’s limited daily operations, calling the venue phone number may not yield the quickest response time, as it is rarely answered on days without events. The provided email is regularly monitored, and you can anticipate a response within one day regarding your inquiry.
